"I ordered a Sony bluray player from them on 4/6/2014 and it was supposed to arrive in time for a birthday gift by 4/18/2014. When I checked its status on 4/18 it had not even been processed yet. I called and was informed that it had been on backorder since before I ordered it. Nobody bothered to let me know it was backordered - they had two weeks to let me know and so I ended up empty handed for a birthday gift to my spouse. The call center woman was very empathetic and friendly, but it doesn't take away from the fact that no one bothered to tell me the item was on backorder. If I had known I could have made other arrangements and I would still consider ordering from Tool King again. But since they did not bother to inform me, I will never ever order from them again nor will I recommend them to anyone I know."

"I ordered a Black and Decker Workmate 425, thinking that I was an item a level higher. The PICTURE on the web site was the wrong item (completely different model). The picture was for a BD WM550.
The price for the item pictured was $140. The item they sent was a BD WM425, which can be bought at HOME DEPOT or LOWES for $89. They would not adjust for the price difference. They said it was not unusual for their price to be that much higher for an item. They seemed put out with my inquiry and told me to send it back. Not happy. "
