"The items were in stock when I ordered but since have found out that one is out of stock with a 3-4weeks delivery and two others are out of stock with no expected delivery date. I accepted a high "international shipping" cost based on five items I ordered which were in stock and confirmed by email. I am awaiting another email update on a suggestion I made on the latter two items but no such luck. In the past Tool King customer service sales staff have been very good; helpful but this transaction is proving to be slow, difficult and extremely frustration. The worst of it was the access to the items on the Tool King website was down for 14days. I was very disappointed to be informed that Tool King no longer stocks Milwaukee tools as I purchased a number of the M18 series from them in the past and they are a top tool. Well the WORST WAS YET TO COME they removed the 2 out of stock items from the order giving a refund on them and a very small refund on the international shipping; MY GOODNESS ME I would not have placed the order and accepted the high cost of international shipping if the whole five items were not in stock and available.
