"A quick summary of my experience.
Placed an order which did not go through and froze my credit card, requiring me the hassle of calling the credit card company to unfreeze it.
The order did not go through. After calling to ask why I was told the item was out of stock. I then ordered a second item (was visiting from overseas and had room for one item). More than two business days later the item had not shipped. I called to ask why and was told the zip was incorrect. After verifying that it was correct I was told the item would ship. Unfortunately by this time the item would not arrive on time for my trip. Tool King agreed to split the expedited shipping with me but despite the extra charge the item did not arrive on time (UPS fault, not tool king but if they were to ship it as they should have originally it would have arrived on time).
In short at this point I was left with my second choice of tool, paying for extra shipping, and not getting it in time (requiring me to pay someone else to bring it to me).
Then the original "out of stock" item showed up on the website Which I successfully ordered!?! Complete incompetence.

"We needed tax forms and when I ordered them there were 59 packs in stock and 6 days later, they contacted me to say that they were out of stock. I wasted a week when we needed these forms ASAP. I called before I ordered so that i knew that there were plenty in stock. The customer service member that i spoke to said "NO PROBLEM, WE"VE GOT PLENTY OF THOSE". Not to mention that their website was very hard to maneuver, it's very twichy and slow. "

"I ordered a part for a TV. When the part didn't arrive in the specified time I reviewed the online order and found that Tool King had arbitrarily cancelled the order! Upon further investigation I found that they then doubled the price of the part. This is almost as bad as a bait and switch! I feel swindled!"
