It was at this point that I was told they did not have the product. I was credit was issued, however; it is highly unethical to charge a customer for product without verifying that the order was filled or ready for shipment."

The description of the set of tenon cutters says they are one inch, two inch and three inch, when in fact the set is for 1 inch, 1 1/2 inch, and 2 inch cutters. I just haven't got around to contacting them yet. "
