"I absolutely love the purchase I made (a wall metal plaque for a gift). However, when I received it, it was totally soaked! I believe this was the fault of the delivery.....so I did contact them to let them know.....but never received a reply! But the part I needed to tell you was that the plaque was wet even on the inside of the entire package! So somehow, the water made its way through the plastic wrapping. I wiped everything down, and hope that it'll be ok. It feels like the base is not metal.....just the top....it's hard to tell because of the paint. Thank you for checking up on this purchase!
