"Was very disappointed that the ironing board I ordered (which was supposedly in stock) was back ordered for about a month. I had to "get approval" to cancel the order (requiring another phone call several hours later). I was told finally that yes, I could cancel and they would refund the money to my credit card. It has now been more than a week - no money back yet. Had to call yet again, to be told that they had done their part and that was it. No confirmation numbers or anything. Then had to call my credit card company to be told that no, they had not sent the refund thru. I'm still waiting on an answer..... Very very disappointed. "
