"Delivery was fine but the article itself (a Vulcan portable hose reel made in China) was poorly finished, albeit functional. Whoever manufactured the revolving piece of the hose holder left a nut or ballbearing inside the peripheral steel tubing, which rattles with every turn of the handle.
I had planned to buy a couple more reels but now have second thoughts. Surely for the price something similar but better made could be manufactured right here in the USA? "
