When checking order status it stated that order was Complete. Very dissatisfied with my whole shopping experience with Tool King. I will not shop Tool King again."

"I called customer service to verbally report a missing item since no one contacted me within one business day stated by you return email system. The process keep me on the phone with a wait time total of 15 mins. Then they didn't resolve my problem and told me it would be another 3 days before the could get back with me. This is unacceptable. I would be very upset if this was a costly item.
