The other retailers allowed me to make the purchase followed by the need to refund me due to not having it. Very frustrating and time-wasting. I called Tool Authority (learned about them through the manufacture website), and they checked to make sure it was available, and it was. The product's box was beat up, but luckily the item inside was fine. The shipping timeline was satisfactory. The price was higher than competitors, but due to lack of availability anywhere else, I ordered it anyway since I really needed it and didn't want to settle for another brand. I'm more happy that they actually had it."
