"theres no phone number listed on web site ,,,thats a big let down ,,,customers want the assurance theres someone theyt can talk too for issuers orders etc ,,number two when i did get a reply it was a generic plain answer ,,,,shipping was extremley high ,,,it was the correct part but i got a refund because i was very unhappy with communication ,,,shipping really is bad too ,,,i contacted them 4 days after purchase and item still wasnt shipped but im glad because i wanted refund ,,,took a while to get that too ,,,but the man issues are ,,,poor customer service ,,shippg charges astronomicly high ,,,i will tell everyone to stay away from top gear ,,,"

"I purchased smoked Euro headlights for my 07 F150, shipping was very fast. The stock H13 bulb does not fit the housing, their solution is that it takes a 9007 for low beam and an H3 for high beam. This housing and my stock lights are a single bulb dual filament bulb. I have exchanged emails to no avail originally and now they are not responding to my questions. There is no phone number available from TopGear. Very poor customer service and now I am wanting to return this product otherwise I will be back charging either thru pay pal or my credit card if necessary. TopGear has 48 hours from now to respond."

"I ordered a fog light assembly kit for my Highlander. The company sent me the kit for the ECHO. I contacted customer service to let them know that this is the ECHO kit, not HIGHLANDER kit. I wanted they send me the highlander kit or a refund but they just simply ignored me. I am very DISSATISFACTION with this company "

"I received a product from TopGearAutoSport within a few days of ordering, but I did not get what I ordered. I ordered an Electric Antenna kit for a 2000 Firebird, but I received a set of headlights (I don't know what they fit) instead. I have tried to contact TopGearAutoSport about this problem by E-mail and by phone, But I have not received any correspondence as of yet. At this point, I am very DISSATISFIED with the service I have received from TopGearAutoSport."

"The right headlight frame was broken when we took it out of the box. Trying to epoxy it together because I don't have a week to wait for replacement. The marker lights came separate and they are clear instead of amber. Will have to get replacements when possible."

"Purchasing the product and shipping all went very well. The person that interacted with me was very friendly and polite. The product I purchased was a completly different story.

Now that i have had these installed for about 2 months, the problems with them keep piling up. I have nothing but problems with these lenses from the time I opened the box. Yes, they are attractive, but…
The mounting brackets were cracked. The mounting bolts were threaded through the blind nuts and then cut off. It was nearly impossible to remove them from the brackets. The blind nuts are not even stationary in the mounting brackets, so it was almost impossible to remove the lenses from the brackets. So I disassembled the brackets and modified the stock brackets to accommodate the new lenses and threw away the cheap flimsy brackets that came with the lenses and reinstalled them. This made the lenses much more stable in the mounts. Then I tried to adjust them and I discovered that 2 out of the 4 adjusters were stripped and I was unable to adjust the lights. So I had to disassemble them again and replace all of the adjusters ($50). Now I have discovered that these lenses are not even sealed. Every time I wash the vehicle or it rains, there is moisture inside the lenses. This had resulted it two burned out bulbs in the same lens so far.

I am extremely disappointed in the quality of this product. I have contacted the company and i am waiting for a response to see what they are going to do about it.

Again, the company was great, but the product isn't worth even half of what i paid for it. In fact they are useless now that they fill with moisture and water.

"I ordered 2 new headlights and a new 3rd brake light for my truck. The parts fit perfectly and were delivered quickly. I am very satisfied with my experience with Top Gear and would recommend them as well as use them again in the future."
