"worst retail experience I had, due to the following reasons below:

1. I ordered a medium and they delivered an extra small---their sizes are not as described
2. so I returned the top/ bolero and Jessica from customer support first said since it's my fault (that their size is not as described) they will issue me a partial refund.
3. after I complained that they don't comply with the international sizing standards and they will be reported to the better business bureau, she agreed to refund me fully.
4. but as of now April 9, 2015, I still haven't gotten any refund from Jessica
5. April 10, 2015- Jessica "issued me a full refund conditional to removing this negative review." I gave it a deep thought and decided to just update this review for the protection of other buyers. Be careful in dealing with this seller."
