They immediately contacted me with a text saying that I missed the suite # in my address, which could have caused delivery confusion. I gave them the info needed. In less than a week, I received my vape. They included a small gift with their logo on it, not expected but a class act. I have yet to use the product as I just got it, but they did their part as retailer. Assuming there are no issues with the unit, and if so, I'll see how they handle it. So far so good!"
