I was pleasantly surprised to find that not to be true with To The Cloud Vapor Store. Subsequent to a short chat online where my concerns were addressed, I placed the order. The item arrived within 4 business days which was to be expected when it's being shipped across the country from coast to coast. The Crafty Plus I received is the newer model with the USB-C charging port that facilitates a full charge in approximately 25 minutes. Very pleased with the price and the transaction overall. "I bought the Volcano Hybrid and needed customer service to help me it was defective and wasn't working for me. I kept emailing, texted and left a voice mail asking them if they can replace that cheap part so I can sell it to a friend who liked it but it was broke. (old vaporizers are much better this was a terrible change in design and this is a terrible store to buy it from) I got a response that I can return it for a 159.99 a month rental fee or work with Storz and Bickel for the warranty. But i had a few days to return it so I was trying to get answers from them fast to make my decision 1. Their return policy is not a return its an expensive rental. (was told to go read the return policy but conveniently their website doesn't have a scroll bar to get to the info. 2. how can they charge me rent on something that broke immediatley and wasn't EVEN usable. 3. In My emails I posed many questions to try and find the best solution for everyone. never bothered to answer any of my question or give any suggestions other than return it and lose $159.99 or work with the manufacturer who they admit is not resonsive to warranty issues. 4. in the box I put a note saying please contact me about my options before refunding. I got a refund notice minus the $159.99 rental fee for an item that was not usable or returnable. Never replied to the text or voice mail or offered to send out a new one etc..... I tried to work this out with them and they are NOT a GOOD Company to work with. For that amount of a purchase go with a honorable company. "

We inspected your unit upon return and it was in perfect working condition. There were no defects or even slight imperfections. However if there were this would have needed to get warrantied with Storz & Bickel. We told you how to go about obtaining warranty. We made this very clear to you in all communication and you still opted to return the Hybrid back to us. Upon receipt it was very much used over the month you had it with all but one bag very used.
We are not allowed to send out vaporizers, let customers open and use them and then have them expect a full refund returning them after weeks of use. Take for example your sign company. Imagine if we enlisted your services to make us some signs for a sale or an event. Then after the sale we turned around and sent the signs back to you saying they didn't work for us and we wanted all our money back.
You used the Volcano Hybrid and you returned it used. You were charged the trial period for using it.
