"Order straight from the manufacture this place is garbage. Omg there response this guy called my cell phone at 11 at night to curse me out. He also sent me a return label without asking. I did not want to devices for the price of one lol. Read the reviews on this place in Reddit as well as any other site but this one. Terrible company read the BBB reviews. I for one am sick of getting screwed by vape shops. Also ever review is five starts not one single 4 star experience. This leads me to believe that all those 5 star reviews are very questionable.
Update: I fixed the device myself. I emailed him stating I would not be seeking a refund or exchange. I asked for my personal data to be deleted Tyler Brow e refused unless I deleted the negative reviews about him. Now I believe he will use my information for harassment or fraud."
