"I was very happy with my purchase of a Storz & Bickel Venty from To the Cloud, thrilled with the 4/20 deal they offered, and delighted with how quickly they shipped. And the Venty is the best vaporizer I've ever used with deep, satisfyingly voluminous pass-through.
After six weeks, however, the Venty stopped working and only displayed an error message. Even with their 4/20 discount, that's a lot of money for something that dies after six weeks.
Once again, I was impressed and delighted with To the Cloud's fast response and with their assistance in uploading new firmware, which unfortunately did not solve the problem and created a Storz & Bickel warranty issue.
