This message is a review and commendation for my buying experience with Touchboards in general and with Jonathan Dolan in particular. I am most appreciative of the manner in which business was conducted with me in my purchase of the Casio XJ-S38 compact projector. I had some concerns because this was the largest purchase I have ever made online. Your site calmed my fears somewhat, but as I made inquiries regarding the unit prior to my purchase, Jonathan Dolan connected with me. He was exceptional. I expected the pushy, invisible salesman pressuring me to spend my money, and to spend it NOW. What I received was a man who put himself in the role as my business partner, making sure that what I was planning to buy would meet my needs. How refreshing that was! He worked with me, answered all my questions, and even helped me decide against buying an accessory I didn't need. Now that's customer focused selling. Mr. Dolan processed my sale immediately (upon my request) so I could expense the item on my 2009 taxes. I really appreciated that, on the very short notice I gave him. Mr. Dolan kept in touch with me after the sale, until my delivery arrived and even after that, to see that everything was ok. I appreciate that kind of unique followup after the sale. Please advise Mr. Dolan of my outstanding sales and service experience with him. Two final notes to this experience: 1. I found another site offering the Casio unit at a cheaper price. I chose to pay your price because of Mr. Dolan. He was well worth the extra money. 2. I teach and train companies and their employees how to provide customer service excellence. I LOVE this mimio. The set up was super easy, the directions were clear and simple AND in real English! I appreciate that the Capture bar comes with suction cups and a semi permanant attachment.
