We received a product delivery confirmation within 3 weeks of the order, however the order was delivered to a different city (same state). We sent countless emails, made phones, chats, etc. requesting updates with the response" Our RMA department is handling this and they're awaiting word from Optoma on the investigation". What does that mean to a customer that does not utilize RMA or Optoma..-absolutely nothing because it was clear the delivery was made to the wrong city... Eventually we were informed the product would be delivered by June 13. However we were then informed that the product was on backorder..... I think you get the gist....
We never received the product or a refund, we did contact our bank to request a refund since we did not receive the product (which cost approximately $2,349.00). Needless to say this experience has created great dissatisfaction and an unwillingness to purchase any additional products from Touch board. The product offering and pricing is competitive however customer service leaves must to be desired..."
