"I ordered a part only to have it lost in the mail, which happens. I contacted them and they said they'd give me a refund after 7 business days. I waited 10 and then contacted them and they said it will be refunded, but it wasn't. I called 3 more times and they kept saying you'll be getting your refund. Finally after one month I received my refund, but it wasn't the full amount. Basically, if you have to deal with returns, etc. look somewhere else because they have kinks to work out and won't pay up very easily."
