"Just about every aspect of ordering an original (?) Toyota part was first-rate and professional. If it was necessary to comment, but not complain. Then there are some points concerning ordering a part costing more than one-thousand dollars. Admittedly an old Texas with tinnitus struggling to understand a conversation with a California girl is not surprising. However, Enunciating the individual words is preferable, desirable, and generally a good thing. The suggestion is to ease up on machine-gun English. As it happened this time, I had the part number, so my order went smoothly, but the diagram was weak (dare say sketchy?) and description not particularly noticeable. Of course, with the part number, it is not relevant. The last point, only standard shipping was apparent at check out, no other options available. Ultimately I will be better able to comment soon.
