"It's been almost a MONTH and I'm still waiting for my parts. I've had to call UPS and ToyotaPartsDeal 7-8 times and both point at one another for who is at fault. UPS is correct, in that the package contains hazmat and was not packaged correctly. They are not allowed, by law, to ship my parts to me. TPD knows this and continues to stall, asking me time and again to talk to UPS. I keep telling them THEY have to talk to UPS. TPD is terrible at communicating, leaving the customer hanging, not knowing what's going on. When I then call, I find out nothing has been resolved. Unacceptable!"
