"They sent me the wrong part and even admitted they sent the wrong part but I am still waiting for my refund and it has been over a month. If you need to return an item, be aware that they charge a RESTOCKING FEE of 20 % and do not reimburse the return shipping. I was on hold for about an hour today and was told that I would get the refund and a confirmation email in a few minutes......but no go. Also, be aware there is no tech help available by phone. I will never use them again and do not recommend them. "
