"I ordered a part after entering the VIN from my vehicle. The website directed me to the wrong part. I had to return the part and was charged a 20% restocking fee. I sent the part back 7 weeks ago and have not received a refund yet. I have emailed, called, tried the live chat and ultimately had to file a better business bureau claim attempting to find out where the refund is. They refused to answer the better business bureau claim. I called today and after being placed on hold I was informed the refund was just issued today and would be returned to my credit card. The refund still has not been issued. The company has the part I returned and my money. Every time i reach out they direct me to the RMA department, but they are never able to explain why it has taken 7 weeks to get a refund or where the refund is. I don’t think I should have to pay a 20% restocking fee when they can’t refund me in a timely manner or even explain why this process is taking so long. I would never use this company again and would strongly urge anyone consider ordering from them to go somewhere else. They may have cheaper parts, but I would gladly pay more money to deal with a company that has better customer service and willing to refund you when you return a product their website misguided you to."
