"Awesome prices and fast shipping. Excellent rating for you. Outstanding quality of parts!!"
"I ordered a replacement sun visor($55) for my Corolla. The part shipped didn't match the part it was going to replace so I contacted customer service. They had shipped me a different part than I ordered but still wanted me to pay the shipping($15) and a restocking fee($20) fee to return the part saying that I ordered the wrong part. Thay have refused to ever acknowledge that they even sent me the wrong part and just stopped communicating after I sent pictures of the part clearly showing the part# on the sticker. All this has took over a month as well and I just ended up eating the cost of the part. Don't buy from these guys! They don't care at all about their customers and make it extremely difficult to exchange or return items."
"I made an order on my 29th and received a partial wrong package on June 3rd. I contacted RMA dept, and after 2 emails with picture and info requests I sent the package back. I received the same exact wrong part, again on June 16th. The same exact wrong part...
Now I can see why they are the cheapest. Last time I work with this company. "
"Using a part number I was able to find mats for my son’s birthday. Success! "
"User Friendly, easy to use Website!"
"Using an estimate from the dealership, I had exact part numbers that I put into the search engine. All were available and matched what I needed, at HALF the price! I paid less for all seven items than the dealership wanted for just one part. Checkout process was quick and painless."
"I just got off the phone with ToyotaPartsDeal.com ***-***-****), the "RMA Parts" Dept., aka Returns.
I have a $62.00 part that was the wrong part. The RMA person told me that I should have read the fine print on the web site to know about the 15 day return policy. He also asked if I used the VIN when ordering, which I did; then he said it was a Japanese VIN and those aren't reliable for replacements. Hmm, it's the only VIN I have for the vehicle. Did I miss a memo about more than one VIN being available per vehicle?? NO. So, if you're like I was, a first-time customer, be sure to read the fine print first, if you have the time; and use the VIN, or maybe not, who knows if it's the correct VIN! And, as soon as it arrives find time to do the work, make sure it's the right part -- without opening the package -- because if it's a "safety part" and the bubble wrap is opened their "dealer" will not take it back and ToyotaPartsDeal.com will take no responsibility for customer satisfaction. It's "ToyotaParts NO-deal" from my experience. "
"Well laid out and fast web site. Very easy to find parts and optional additional parts for a job when ordering. Helpful shop/catalog pictures with parts.
Checkout was fast and easy too."
"Excelent website and chat center
"
"has tons of part available. The pictures showing each part were very poor. Come on it's 2019 and good pictures are easy to come by. It makes it much easier to know if your choosing the right part or not."
"Easy to find parts for the car but the lack of FULL parts diagrams is a little frustrating."
"Excellent was very satisfiedol"
"thank you very much. Your shipping information is very vague."
"I placed an order for a sun visor for a first generation Toyota Tundra with this seller. The price was competitive and I got a confirmation email right away. Everything seemed to be going normally for an online purchase at first.
Things got funky 2 days later, when I was informed by email that the price had gone up by $17 and I was asked to allow a second charge for the increased amount. The email came from a "notification only" address, so I needed to click on a link to let the seller know how I wanted to proceed. I did so, and entered my response that I wanted to cancel, but the website seemed to lock up, and I'm not sure my message ever went through.
The website still lists the original price for the item. I'm not sure how they can justify not honoring the price they have on their site. I have ordered the item from another merchant that seems to have a better reputation. The price I'm paying will be more than the original deal I thought I had, but considerably less than the combined amount that Toyotapartsdeal.com was charging.
If I am charged I will certainly dispute the charge with my credit card company. I did find other reviews on Toyota owner sites that reported negative experiences with this company after things turned sour for me, but none of the reviews I found described this exact issue."
"Couldn't find this part anywhere. Thanks "
"The site is easy to navigate. All items have a clear and complete description and the price is clearly marked. I hope the products and shipping are as complete and accurate."
A rep from ToyotaPartsDeal.com, GeorgeGPG, has responded:
“Hello,
We apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced. The price increase message you received is the result of the item you ordered superseding to a new part number as the original is no longer available. For more information regarding pricing on our site, please see our Sales Policy at https://www.toyotapartsdeal.com/service/toyota-sales_policy.html
Your order was cancelled as requested and you were not charged. Again, we do apologize for any inconveniences.
