The part finally arrived on Friday more than three weeks after the order was placed. My car was unavailable for more than three weeks, waiting for a part that appeared to be in stock. So, I am not very satisfied with there service. The part I received is correct and of good quality."

"Ordered a part from their website. Never heard back beside the automated message. Waited 2 days, and called to find out out what was happening with my order. Turns out the part is discontinued from Toyota, but they still have it on their website. No part, no contact, and yet they took my money. The clerk I spoke to was polite, and stated they would refund me. When asked what to do for a replacement part, he was unable to give any advice. Wow, maybe update your website. Complete waste of my time with no resolution for repair."
