"When changing the oil in my 2016 4Runner you have to drop the skid plate. The bolts have gotten a little worn so I decided to order some replacements along with a new oil drain plug and gasket. Definitely very easy to find parts well, you would think. I ordered on 7 June 2022. I received confirmation soon after I paid for the parts. Which states please allow 2-4 days for processing. It has been 2 weeks now and no communication from Toyota Parts Superstore. Where's my bolts and oil drain plug? "
