"I ordered parts online, and never received an update or tracking number. It took several calls to get through only to find out there was an additional charge for shipping which should have been built into the price already. The parts guy said the order had never been processed, so that delayed my order for 2 weeks. I called again to get an update on shipping and a tracking number and my parts had never been shipped. The parts took 4 weeks from online order to receiving them. I would find another parts dealer because South Atlanta Toyota will leave you hanging for weeks. I am extremely disappointed with the total experience of hidden charges, shipping time, and especially their "customer service" or lack thereof. "
