This has been the longest wait for an online order that I have had in 15 years. It took days to “process” and then days to “ship out” and still waiting for the slowest FedEx service possible. Not happy. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone that is concerned with time. And still yet to see what the quality of the order looks like. "

"I was looking for some new wheels for my car. On the web found some at a great price point. Free shipping, even better! Buy them and just wait for my wheels. Rep calls, "sorry we can't ship due to damages on previous shipments you can get them from the dealer though." Me; "OK well the free shipping was 135.98 can you knock off a little from the price?" Rep; (literal silence). Me OK I'll pick them up then. Couple days later; I e-mail about the order. No answer. I call the physical dealership, Do you have any update? Rep,'We don't handle the online orders but I can look into it" Called back "we have them on order but it might be a while." Me; "any idea?" Rep "huge back orders coming from Toyota but I can look it up" Me "great thanks", Rep "There are 35 of those wheels locally." Me "OK great thanks." Well eight days later I am still waiting for my wheels. Stay tuned to see if I get them!"

"I ordered a remote for my car it stated online that this exact remote was specifically meant for this model and was guarantee to work with no issue .i recieved my remote on time had to buy battieries on my own and next you know this item was flimsey and never even turned on and was defected and even broke apart on me.i emailed them back and they didnt try helping me out at all instead they tried charging me more for returning the remote and said it was inconvenience fee which didnt make sense .this was the crappiest service i ever got in my life i mean come on bro i payed 30 bucks and you tell me you cant even give me a refund or at least the right remote fod my dvd player. 10 thumbs down negative 10 stars for this walnut creek location"
