"I used the EXACT part number as listed on the broken part I sought to replace. I entered the VIN number as well. The search produced more results than necessary given my exact search parameters. That' s bad and unnecessarily confusing. When I found the result that exactly matched the number, it showed multiple parts with the same number. That's also completely bad (more Toyota's fault I imagine than the website's). One of the two parts was a completely different shape and had fewer cut-outs for the switches it's designed to house and protect (it's a window switch and doorlock bezel). Of course, I ordered the part with the exact number of the part I attempted to replace... and received the wrong sized part. I called the dealership and was told to use the exact same part number and order online yet again. This time I'm ordered both left and right front doorlock and window switch bezels. I even made sure to leave a specific comment requesting the larger of the two shown in the diagram. We'll see...."
