The rep however gave me the correct battery, and told me that the manager, Felipe would follow up with me the next day to process the refund. Felipe contacted me as promised and re-processed the transaction for the correct battery. Everything went smoothly!"
"Product said it was in stock, after I ordered it and charged for it I was notified that is is on back order and would be notified when in stock again. So they have my money and did not give me a date when it will be back in stock. It’s not right for companies to deceive customers about products being in stock and charging before they can fulfill the order."
