Poor communication

"I ordered 3 different parts online and requested everything to be shipped to me. I received an email that one of the parts is not in stock anywhere in the US. The email didn’t have another information. Turns out that my entire order was cancelled because 1 of 3 parts was not available. I had to call and ask to find that out. More forthcoming communication would have been greatly appreciated and would have saved me a lot of wasted time waiting for an order that was cancelled."

"Initially, it was not very good talking to two employees in Parts did not give me the answers I needed and seem like they did not want to help another employee overheard the conversation called me back and explained to me what was going on and gave me the information that I needed and I really appreciated that employee for doing so I thank him very much for his help. so Initial It was not good, but then it turned out really great. "

Online order was cancelled because they think I don't know how to order parts for my cars

"They refused to honor the order making me lose out on memorial day savings citing that the oil filter I ordered was not for my car. Regardless, I wanted that model filter whether it be for another car or I would like to use an oversized filter out of choice since it's my car."

"Ordered some maintenance items for my 4Runner via online. Since I save on shipping with dealer pickup, that's the route I went. Quick and easy.

Only downside is that the parking lot is pretty cramped and you have to be very careful as there is a lot of activity there.

"I had placed an online order for accessories for my RAV4. When they were ready for pick up, they cheerfully helped me load the bulky and heavy items into my car, and advised that should I have a question or run into any problems with the installation, they are only a phone call away. Parts Dept excellent!

"I went online to look for a specific part but couldn't find the exact part I needed. I contacted the Parts Dept at WC Toyota and received a call back within minutes (per my request) to help me. I purchased online and it was ready for pickup minutes later. This Parts Dept runs so well; I wish every business I interacted with was the same. And the guy who was working the window was a cheerfully delightful."
