"The order went fine but took longer than it should because the item (floor mats) details never specified how many mats were being ordered. That slowed me down and has probably cost some sales. The delivery went smoothly, but I noticed that the original tape had been cut and the box was secured neatly with clear tape. I found some promotional materials in the box, but no instructions where each of the seven mats were to be installed in the Sienna - not even a locator drawing. I took my time and figured out how to install them. Five star service would have been if the details had been provided on the order site and with the product. "

"I got an email from Toyota of Cedar Park saying my Toyota Avalon radiator overflow adapter hose was ready for pick up at the dealership (ordered two days before).
Unfortunately, when I came to pick it up, the part was not ready for pick up...it still had not been puled from the warehouse, and it took 25 minutes to get there.
The good news is it was the right part, and they gave me a 20% discount on the part, but a 25 minute wait when was told it was ready did not make me happy."

I spend an hour waiting for a service representative to double-check the problem relevance. Then I was told that everything was alright “from their side” and advised to make a call to Connected Service Support tomorrow. Guess what? Service Support told me they saw that the dealer didn't complete the repair procedure and recommended I go back and mention a TAS Case.
