"This dealer has all kinds of managing issues -starting with personnel to the electronics systems. I have tried to talk to any manager, however, no one called me back. One particular issue was I ordered some transmission fluid for my Highlander and Camry last week. When I arrived to pick up the orders, I was told that the fluid for the Highlander had been picked up the next day after the order by someone. I asked the guy of who picked it up, he said they never ask for a name. However, he did give me number of quarts that I ordered. There's lot more on this leader."
