"I simply came to pick up a part and I wasn’t greeted for 5 minutes at the counter while the representative was on the phone. When the representative was free from his phone call he greeted me with “what’s up” never seen someone so unprofessional and unpleasant in a while. I have no desire to do business with the parts department in the future. "

"I ordered a part online per the online order. It stated that my part would be received with them four days and I would get a call from Toyota. Well, that order was placed on September 18 when I phone Toyota to find out what was going on I was told it wouldn’t be in until October 10. "This dealer has all kinds of managing issues -starting with personnel to the electronics systems. I have tried to talk to any manager, however, no one called me back. One particular issue was I ordered some transmission fluid for my Highlander and Camry last week. When I arrived to pick up the orders, I was told that the fluid for the Highlander had been picked up the next day after the order by someone. I asked the guy of who picked it up, he said they never ask for a name. However, he did give me number of quarts that I ordered. There's lot more on this leader."

My experience with parts dept

"Took a day just to process an in stock item. That's after I email them. Part dept. Nevr answer the phone. It just rings and ring then goes to voice mail. I've called several times a different hours. Forget calling if need to ask questions. When I picked up my item. There was no one. I don't know if it's just a coincidence or what. "
