"Ordering part on line and all system emails were great. But once I reach out for information on offer made by dealer no one answers phones or return calls if you get a chance to leave a voicemail. Worst was picking up the part at the dealership. After waiting some 20 the right person to appear, because no one else in parts dept can help even they’re just seating at the couture doing nothing, the internet order guys appears. Show him the order number and ID, he brought box out gives it to me and disappears. Box looks bigger than expected so I look at a sheet of paper that’s taped to box and realize that it’s not mine. Wrong order number, wrong name, wrong everything because it is not my part. Wait for magical person to reappear but a different person shows, I explain and he brings me the different box but refuses to let me double check that I now have the correct order. Never deal with this dealer on anything."
