"Received the product alright. We liked the product but one of the four mats; the RR had a faulty snap button. I called North Miami Toyota and they told to write the sender which I did and I have not have an answer yet. I request him to send me a new mat to replace the faulty one which I will send back to him. I am waiting to resolve the inconvenience."

I receive them on the 16, after 4- phonecalls, 2-3 inquiring emails, and messages left on their message system. It is not unusual with Lehman people. Last time a woman hanged up on me while she asked for my credit card details, than instead of calling me back I did, but she never picked up the phone again.
Same thing at Lehman Subaru/Mitsubishi service: waiting for their call for parts for 3 weeks. Same at their sales: impolite, agressive, screaming with people. Sorry but I had to give it out, I am fed up since one of the parts is NOT what I ordered. So it goes back. "
