"I brought car in for 6-month service. I was told there was nobody there that could answer some questions about my hybrid. Although I was later contacted by someone that offered to chat with me, I clearly stated that I had questions I wanted answered when I was bringing the car in. Also- I have always had a slow leak in one tire which I requested fixed. I was not told it had been fixed and it appears it wasn't as it continued to lose pressure. If they don't do what's requested, then how can you trust that anything being done is actually being completed? On a very minor item- customer coffee was out. "
"I am working on replacing my engine in a 2006 Scion xB. I purchased a replacement engine from one of the vendors that deal in used engines under a certain mileage. Well I got the replacement engine and low and behold their are sensors on the engine that do not fit the wiring harness for my Scion. Isaiah was amazing! I was able to take pictures of the engine and pull the VIN off the engine, he was then able to search what vehicle that came off of, the sensor that was there and identify the sensor I needed and determine if I could replace the sensors. He then proceeded to process my order and get me what I needed. THANK YOU!
I will be going back to Toyota of Olympia and may very well likely purchase my next vehicle from them."
"Very fast timeframe on receipt of the parts. Quick and easy pickup. Thank you."
"Excellent, friendly professional service and assistance, shout out to Tom and Ryan!"
"Fast and great deal. Would order again if I need anything."
"Ordering was super easy. Communication on orders status was awesome. Pick up fast and simple. "
"Couple of workers were talking so took awhile for them to acknowledge me but they got my order quickly."
"I needed some parts for my 2006 Tacoma. I first inquired of I-5 Toyota in Chehalis and the quote was outrageous; as I have come to expect of them. I then tried online but was unsure if what I was ordering was everything for the job. Plus, some sites said they couldn't get the part(s). In my frustration, I remembered that I had my truck serviced at Toyota of Olympia once and the experience was good, so I called. The nicest young (?) man helped me. We discussed the job, what additional parts I might need and he provided a quote. The quote was a little over $100 LESS than I-5 Toyota. I had been told that I could get the parts even less expensively at Toyota online and I asked about that. It was confirmed and when asked, he willingly provided the parts numbers. I ordered online to be delivered to Olympia to pick up. The outcome? I am very likely going to start driving to Olympia be get my truck serviced.
The employee that was working the parts desk on 9/13/2023 is worth keeping and mentoring for a future with Toyota if he wants it. A bonus would be nice but a career will have more value, as he has qualities uncommon to the average employee.
Happy Customer"
"Parts counter folks are very helpful and friendly. "
"Parts department excelled at communication, continuously updating me on the status of my order and all the hiccups along the way. They even had the courtesy to not charge my card since part of my order was on backorder for an unknown length of time. They worked diligently with me to source all the parts that I needed. I would highly recommend Toyota of Olympia to others. "
"I ordered parts for my grandfathers Camry and was met with friendly advice that helped the process of my repair. The parts department is amazing, great work fellas. Only trust Toyota parts for your beloved car, anything else is a scam. "
"Parts received rapidly and at a better price than my local Toyota dealer. I have worked with Toyota of Olympia in the past and would highly recommend this business."
"Ordered from home and received email next day part was ready for pickup on my way to work. Nice discount too. "
"I ordered a sun visor - I received a gas cap. Emailed company 2 days ago - still no response. Update: called company & they are sending return label & will order and ship correct part directly from their facility rather than thru fulfilment center."
"Refused to ship to New York. Why? IDK, but Toyota needs to improve the customer experience of internet purchasers."
