"Had ordered some parts online. Arrived to the dealership and was directed to the parts department. Got there and no one was at the window. I saw a bell to ring and someone from the back said they would be with me in a minute. Not sure what they were doing but I stood there for over 10 minutes to pick up my order, which only took 30 seconds once they came over. Was what they were doing really so important that they had to make a customer wait over 10 minutes for a 30 second transaction??"

The notifications of my order being ready were timely, and allowed for me to better plan when to pick up the part.
