"Waited along time to pick up parts I ordered online. There are 2 models of an engine filter. I ordered the more expensive one but they gave me the cheaper one. I didn’t realize it until I got in the car. Wasn’t worth going in and fighting for. "

The parts guy had the personality of a file cabinet!!!

"Did on online order, went to pick it up before I received the email that notifies you of the parts arriving. Parts guy said he could do nothing to help until I received the\at email. Made me wait around forever. Didn't go out of his way to provide good customer service at all!!!!! Very disappointed "

too long wait time

"I own three Toyotas. Usually, I shop at SCT since its the closest location to me. Once, SCT didn't have parts I was looking for in stock, and I found them at Toyota of North Charlotte. My first experience was great. After getting my parts a asked a chashier for a windshiel concentrate and I liked it much more than fluids from other auto stores. The cashier gave it to me for free since the lable said NOT FOR RESALE and they didn't have it in the inventory list. The next time I came for another part and in front of me was one customer. It took 35 minutes to let that customer leave without anything. Ifter my long wait I got my part and asked the cashier for a windshield concentrate. She couldn't find it in the inventory and decided to charge $3.99 what was OK to me. The very next day I came to get one more concentrate, and the cashier descided to charge me $8.99 what could be OK to me as well, if they charged me the same price starting the first time."

a frustrating affair

"PRO:
A number of phone calls to the Parts counter and all employees were polite and helpful.

After online order placed got email requesting VIN to confirm parts were correct even though system indicated parts would fit specified vehicle. Seen as a positive just in case there were further variations depending on precise vehicle.

CON:
Online parts ordering system was down for weeks, so I was unable to take advantage of the additional 25% off sale. Wasn't going to wait for the next sale to order. Extremely frustrating as attempted daily and couldn't finalize order.

Bad customer service

"Basically they don’t care if they sell or not, not follow up, they lie saying they sent an email canceling my order, they never did,
They could call me and advise me that the part cannot be delivered and give me the choice of coming to pick the part up, they simply cancel the order, however when I purchased online they state they can deliver and was added to the total, I got more than $200 off when I ordered for Memorial Day, now I have to reorder without the huge discount.
