I contacted the seller to inquire about this and received a response that she had multiple bags, some with a box and no tags and some with tags and no box. So that was just odd. I would have a expected to re dive what was advertised. The appears authentic and doesn’t show any visible signs of wear so I am assuming it truly is new.
