"I waited for 2 weeks for a seller to mail me a pair of $600 Gucci shoes that were listed as "brand new" "like boutique" with "no visible markings of wear" and when I finally got them, they had obvious carpet/floor marks on the sole, light scratches on both toe areas and damages to both heels. Now I need to file a misrep claim, send them back and wait for a refund that I have no idea how long it will take to process.
