And yes though my wife is a lovely woman, she does expect straight answers to straight questions and will hold a person; how do we say? accountable for their answers.
Tread Quarters does rather well in this regard. If they tell my wife the car will be ready at 3 pm and it looks like it will not make it, they call her, first.
She still looks at it as a chore, but now at least with Tread Quarters email reminders and the professional staff in the shop. She doesn't mind it as much."

"I have used this location in Va Beach for years but the last couple of visits I have seen new people and feel my service has just not been the same. This last visit to have my oil changed before I made a 1000 mile drive and thankfully I noticed the oil leaking before I left. I went straight back and sure enough the oil plug was loose. They were very nice and fixed the issue added about a 1/2 quart of oil and sent me on my way. I do not know if this location is under new management because I never see Steve. This location is within walking distance to my home so it's very easy for me to drop off and pickup. Just feel like no one knows me and I sure do not know any of them. I had a comfort level with this location that I do not have anymore and it worries me now when I go in. The visit prior to this I felt rushed and more like a number then a long standing customer. Prior to this I would have given 5 stars now I feel again concerned about how things are handled."
