"I have been going to Tread Quarters for the past 10 years and I always had a good experience. This time I went for the regular oil change and tire rotation. Although it was done on time, when I picked up my car in less than a mile the back rear tire came off. It seems that the knot bolts were put in but not screwed.
I was scared because it could have been another story if I would have gone into the highway or main street. I called the store and they sent a technician who screwed then bolts in place.I had to go back because I lost one of them somewhere on the road.
Two days later, I had to take the car back because it was making a weird noise each time I took a wide left turn. They fixed it again, but one can understand my hesitation in going back to get another service."

"The work that was done to my car was told to me it was much better and seem to have fixed the problem. This was not the case unfortunately. The steering started to do the same thing it had before bringing my car in for the repairs. In fact it was worse. The problem started after about three turns on my way home I did not take it back or call them in their defense. This facility has always been good and fair to me but this one so called repair I paid for was a total waste. "

They were honest, suggested future maintenance but we're up front with how serious each issue was. They didn't try to scare me into having extra maintenance done that I didn't need. My new tires are great and I'm super happy. They are a little out of the way for me but I'll drive the extra distance for their service. "
