"Wanted 72.00 to fix 2 license plate lights when another company said it would be 15.00. Went to autozone paid 6 and they installed. They also failed my 2016 car for windshield wipers and only replaced 1, but charged me for both. The lady argued back and forth with me about my maintenance light being on in my car. It is set to tell me when my tire rotation is due and my oil. She said it wouldn't come on for that and argued repeatedly about that. She's no mechanic and obviously isn't up with technology. DO NOT ARGUE WITH ME ABOUT SOMETHING TOYOTA SHOWED ME. She's an idiot and should be fired. Just because I'm a wonen doesn't mean i will fall for crooks. After i told my co-workers they said they wouldn't take their business there again. I will continue to tell everyone about this place and how they rip people off. "This time all of my tires were over pressurized and this was after a supposedly tire rotation and new front brakes. I had to go to another place to see why my tire light came on immediately after leaving tread quarters. They never told me anything about what they really did to the car except hand me papers.
last time they stripped my oil plug and it leaked all over my driveway so, I had to go back for that. They new they stripped and said they thought it would hold.....
Another time they replaced a small light bulb on my highlander above the back window (not safety related) and they said it was real hard to do the cover was caulked on, they removed the caulk and it leaked for weeks before I figured out why.....So I caulked it and it stopped leaking.
there prices are goods but their quality is poor. I doubt they even rotated
mt tires last time.
Unfortunately, I will never go back.

"I've tried to give the George Washington location chance after chance after chance to make right from their previous mess ups, but each time I get the same result. This winter, I had to return my truck because the tires were supposed to have been rotated (I paid for that service) & later when I was washing the truck I noticed that the tires had not been touched. 4 months ago, I had to return my wife's van because they "forgot" to replace the air filter, and with the service this weekend, I notice two days later that something was leaking from under the van. Only to discover that they had left the oil cap off & all of the oil had drained out. The staff is very friendly, but the service is the absolute worst. I will never visit this location again. "
"I Dropped my wife's car off to have two tires mounted and balanced and an alignment check done. I asked prior to telling them to do any work if they would price match a competitor's special for 49.99 4-wheel alignment. I was told they would price match any competitors advertised or quoted price. I tell them to go ahead if the alignment is out and do the alignment. When I come back to pick up the car there is a new face behind the counter. He very pointedly told me that he would not price match an alignment. I was told he wasn’t going to let me price match the alignment and definitely not for 49.99. He then told me that they weren't even his competitor because they were too far away. (less than 10 miles) I asked if he could provide the print out from the alignment machine or the logs to prove the alignment was out. He informed me the printer was broken and the machine doesn’t keep logs. He ranted about how he's been there a year and a half and had never price matched an alignment. When I asked what their policy was he told me that price matching was only about the price of tires. I asked him to call the other guy because he told me they would match the price. I don't know what was said on the phone, but he asked to see the competitors price again so I pulled up their website. He tells me "that's misleading, but I'm not going to argue with you about it" in a smug and condescending tone. He did wind up giving me the discount but it is plain to me why this location is always empty when I drive by. I have never been so let down by a customer service experience. I have used Tread Quarters for over 10 years and have always had decent experiences and no trouble with other price matched services including alignments, tires and major engine repair. "
