"Do not buy from TrendToGo. I ordered frames in November of 2012. After a few weeks I did not receive my order. I e-mailed them and Madlen replied saying they will come in next week. Another couple weeks go by and I still did not receive them. I e-mail Madlen again and she tells me they have been shipped to her, they are just waiting on their arrival. Another few weeks go by and I do not receive my glasses. She assures me that I will have them soon. By the beginning of February I was fed up and asked for a refund via e-mail. She did not answer my e-mail. I call the number on the website. No one answers, so I leave a voice mail. No one gets back to me. I e-mailed again a few days ago and no one has gotten back to me. It's been two weeks since I asked for my refund and they refuse to answer my e-mails or calls. They stole over $200.00 from me. I WANT MY MONEY BACK."

Then you leave a message and no one calls you back. I have also sent several emails to which I have gotten no response. TOTAL RIP OFF. They basically stole over $200 from me. "Buyer beware! After submitting and paying for a pair of sunglasses on www.TrendToGo.com on 6/25/12, they asked that I email them a photo of my credit card. I refused as email is not secure. Then on 7/10/12, they come back to tell me that they cannot ship to the address I listed when ordering, but will have to ship to the address on my credit card. Okay - understandable, but did they need to wait a week to let me know? Then 15 days after ordering, they come back to tell me that they do not have the sunglasses in stock and cannot obtain a pair, and for all these problems, they only offered me a $10 OFF my next purchase for the inconvenience.
They wasted my time for over 2 weeks - and still - when I check their website now 3 weeks later - the sunglasses are still listed as in stock in their website! I'd advise to go with another company. I tried eliteeyewearstudio.com next, and while they were out of stock as well - they let me know that same day and refunded my money immediately!"
