"I originally had an order through another very well known company. Not only did they NOT have the item in stock, but they also didn't know when the next shipment would arrive. Not only did TriState Camera, Video and Computers have the item, they shipped it the following day or so. Even had no shipping charge (compared to the previous company).

"I did a google search for a specific hard drive. I found the TriState Camera, Video and Computers had it. I ordered it. I got a confirmation of my order, waited 3 days after not hearing any shipping info update. Their site would not give me any update so I called them. They said it did not ship because they were out of stock. I asked them when they planned on telling me since you already charged my credit card. They did end up refunding my money. They don't have any system in place that updated their online inventory. Poor management."
