"The camera arrived and I tried to use it that night and charged the battery. when setting up the camera for the first time I had to set up the date and time and choose a few other options. Was not able to do it because the battery did not have enough of a charge. Tried to charge the battery again and this time I was able to only get a few seconds into the menu and camera shut off. I was asked to send back the battery and charger and they would then test out the items to determine which one was bad and had to do it at my expense, which I should not have to do. I decided to buy a charger online since that is what I believed was bad and sure enough that was the case. I sent in only the charger on 7-17-19 which they received on 7-19-19. Wrote the RMA number all over the box to make sure they would see it. Today is 7-29-19 and I have not heard from them. So I sent them an email and called but they were closed. They close at 6 PM. Rather than not being able to use my new camera I bought another charger, and I don't mind having two chargers. I will update this post once I get my replacement charger. The camera is great, have never dealt with Tristate Camera before so will see how the service goes."
