"I ordered a Canon G5 camera from TriState Camera. It said "free delivery" but that only applies to ground in certain states on the mainland. Since I live in Hawaii I had no choice but to pay their premium 2-day UPS delivery service which cost $60, far from "free." But the price of the new camera was the lowest I could find anywhere online. Shame that I couldn't benefit from those savings and instead had to pay extra for the delivery. But overall I'm quite satisfied. The camera arrived in its original box in great condition. That's all one can ask from online dealers. "

"In my original review, I stated the I got a used item not a new one as I had purchased. I contacted the Tri-State Camera and discussed the problem with them.
At the beginning, they seemed very responsive to me and explain to that it must have been a simple mistake that the packaging person may have picked the wrong item! They (Store manager!) said that they will quickly replace the item with a New one!
so, I believed all their sweet talks and send the item back to Tri-State as they requested. However, today, I received back the replacement item (Nikon Zoom Lens) which is also a used item such that the box has been so worn out. This is unbelievable! such a fast one! even the plastic bag over the lens is turn just like the one they send me the first time. It appears that the send back to me the one I had returned to them or they just grab another used box and shipped it me. now I am lowering my scores for them and putting an end to this type scamming tactic. Needless to say, I will not shop with them ever again. never.
