"I got a good deal on my lens, but when I recieved it, the bkx was in pretty bad shape and not sealed. Inside was the Tri State Camera 1 year warranty. I would have preferred that they just put their warranty card in the shipoing bkx instead so that I know that this wasn't used. I would have REALLY liked to know that the lens was "grey market" as it does not have a manufacturers warranty. I highly doubt I will shop with them. To be clear, this is an imported version of the lens (i.e., "gray market"), but as many know, these are the exact sames lenses and made in the same factory by Canon as those that are imported by their U.S. division.
