Very difficult to find your order, the order status, etc, until its shipped, then UPS has tracking.
I was very leery of ordering from TriState because I haven't before and there are no online ratings or customer reviews, but I took a chance. Didn't hear anything for several days (why ask for email address if you're not going to supply order status?), so I started to think it was a scam. Then it was suddenly shipped and I received it.
