"I was initially extremely nervous based on some reviews I read online. TriState Camera had a sale on headphones that my daughter wanted. It was such a good price that I decided to purchase one. Somehow on their website, I received a message that my first order didn't go through, so I tried again. I realized later that I ordered two headphones. I ended up calling PayPal at about 1:15 am to try to cancel one of the orders but I was told to call back in 2 days. I called TriState Camera the next morning and a rep helped me take care of the issue. My package came on time and the box looks brand new.
