"I did a lot of research looking for my Canon 5d Mk III, and found many of the lowest priced advertised online dealers usually had some catch (based on previous reviewers) like pulling the battery (that should already be with the camera) or other unethical tactics to call and upsell things you don't want or need. I received a call from TriState the day after I placed my order and was thinking "okay... here it comes"... but surprisingly I was being notified that the extra battery I ordered would ship a couple days later. I was offered a non-canon replacement if I wanted, but opted to wait for the real thing. I was also offered extended warranties but was able to turn them down without high-pressure sales.
